DRPL undertook a Pre-Acquisition Survey for Hoburne Ltd on Victoria Road in Ferndown, Dorset. This included the undertaking of a Schedule of Condition and written report of a row of 5 terrace properties on Ferndown High Street prior to purchase, to advise the client of potential issues which may arise. DRPL met the Client on site after reviewing both the internal and external fabric of the building to give a verbal summary of their findings prior to release of the written report.
The inspection included the accessible roof voids where unsupported roof joists were identified. DRPL was able to advise the Client on the available options to rectify the issue and resultant defects, taking into account the Client’s future plans for the property.
