Royal Arcade, Boscombe

DRPL was appointed by a private Client to provide a Schedule of Condition and liaise with the Local Authority in order to gain Listed Building Consent for a proposed development at The Royal Arcade in Boscombe, Bournemouth. The scheme compromised of the conversion of the upper floors of a Victorian, Grade II Listed shopping arcade into residential accommodation. DRPL prepared detailed schedules of the work required and successfully negotiated the Listed Building Consent after meetings with the Conservation Officer and Local Planning Authority.
