The Scheme involved the refurbishment and extension of an existing farm house building to provide a 5 bedroom residential dwelling with TV room, study, living room, dining room, kitchen diner and new green oak framed family room. The works had a contract value of circa. £1 million. DRPL was appointed by Glossbrook Builders Limited, the Contractor for the project to assist with Quantity Surveying elements of the project. This involved costing variations as they arose for the Client’s consideration and agreeing the final account with the Contract Administrator and Client’s Quantity Surveyor.
