DRPL was appointed to give dilapidations advice to Poole Borough Council on a leased building. Our role included:
- reviewing relevant lease information
- preparation of schedule of dilapidations
- acting as the Principal Designer
- preparing specifications
- overseeing remedial works
- settlement of the dilapidations claim
