Graeme joined DRPL from Moses Rutland in 2021 as a Senior Surveyor.

Graeme has a successful track record in achieving high standards in both team based and individual building consultancy work, both in the UK and the middle east.

Graeme’s responsibilities include:

  • Dilapidations claims & disputes
  • Party Wall matters
  • Planned maintenance schedules and life cycle costing
  • Reinstatement cost assessments
  • Building defect analysis
  • Building condition surveys
  • Employer’s Agent and Contract Administration
  • Preparation of tender and contract documentation
  • Monitoring of construction works on behalf of funders
  • Key stage / snagging / de-snagging inspections and co-ordination of the handover process
